Beihai Park

Beihai Park is an AAAA-rated tourist attraction and a key historic site under national protection. Its east and south sides are close to the Palace Museum. It is easily accessible by many bus routes. The park used to be an imperial palace serving for the emperors of five dynasties (Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming, and Qing) and their families to stay for a short time, handle political affairs, or offer sacrifices.

Hongluo Temple

Located in the north of Huairou, Hongluo Temple combines cultural heritage and natural landscape. Covering an area of 8 square kilometers, Hongluo Temple includes three Buddhist culture zones, namely Hongluo Temple, Guanyin Temple and Rohan Garden and two natural landscapes, Hongluo Mountain and Qinglong Mountain.

The Grand View Garden

The Grand View Garden, located in the southwest of Xicheng District, is reminiscent of a luxurious garden in Ming and Qing dynasty style.

It is a large greenery garden dotted with pavilions, halls, temples and miniature gardens spanning a total of 110,000 square meters. The layout is exactly like that described in the classic Chinese novel "Dream of the Red Chamber", revealing the royal luxurious atmosphere of the Garden.
