With over 100 years of history, Fat Siu Lau's reputation is built on its extraordinary Portuguese-styled Western cuisine. Its founder, Mr. Wong Man Sing first established Restaurante Fat Siu Lau in a two-storey wooden building at Trav. Do Matadouro, Macau and was later expanded and relocated to Rua da Felicidade (the historical red light district), where it is still located today.
