Top Hat opened its doors to the public in April 2001. It is located in one of Kuala Lumpur's elegant and exclusive neighbourhoods, within walking distance from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Petronas Twin Towers. The restaurant, at once relaxed and stylish, soothing and classic, has a distinctive air of a more gracious and graceful past.
