Aubergine

aubergine

This Cape Town milestone is known for its interpretation of local dishes with Asian influences. Opened in the mid-90s to instant critical acclaim, Aubergine is one of Cape Town's most famous and awarded eateries located in the landmark private residence of a 19th Century judge recreated into a stylish, be-seen dining room.

During warmer months, an outdoor courtyard is the best seat in the house with open sky canopy for destination dinners that take on a romantic undertone.
